Balloon Launch Planned for May 2
The Midland High School and Northeast Middle School Electronics and Wireless Communications Clubs will be launching a high altitude balloon carrying an experimental electronic payload and Amateur Radio tracking equipment. Anyone age 10 and over are invited to learn about weather climatology, forecast safety, and identifying structure and movement of thunderstorms.
