The HP 608D is a 10 to 400 MHz signal generator with an output of low microvolts to 0.5 V into a 50 ohm load. The unit works, although I cannot testify to the accuracy of the calibration. It is a beast at 65 lbs and is a piece of tube equipment. But it does get you microvolt signals in the VHF and low UHF range.
